The Lifetime Diffuser Warranty

Every Maison Croyez diffuser is covered by our Lifetime Diffuser Warranty for as long as you own it.

What it covers

The diffuser unit itself: the diffusion mechanism, the button and modes, the base, and the power connection. If your diffuser stops working the way it should under normal home use, we repair or replace it, free, for life.

What it does not cover

Fragrance bottles and other consumables, cosmetic wear from normal use, and damage caused by misuse (for example: liquids other than Maison Croyez fragrance oil in the reservoir, submersion, drops, or disassembly).

How to make a claim

Email info@maisoncroyez.com with your name and a short description of the issue. No receipt hunt: your order email or shipping name is enough for us to find your purchase. We will confirm your claim within 2 business days and arrange the repair or replacement.

This warranty applies to purchases made on maisoncroyez.com and through our official marketplace stores, and exists in addition to (not instead of) your rights under applicable consumer law.
