Return & Refund Guidelines

At Maison Croyez, we are dedicated to offering our customers an outstanding experience. If for any reason our products don’t meet your expectations, we provide options for a return, replacement, or refund, under certain conditions.

By placing an order with Maison Croyez, you agree to follow our terms and policies. It’s important to review them to ensure your request can be processed and approved by our team.

To ensure customer satisfaction, every Maison Croyez product comes with a 90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE from the date of delivery.

To request a return or refund, please contact our support team at info@maisoncroyez.com with the subject line: RETURN + ORDER NUMBER.

Important: Include your order number and provide a photo or video explaining the reason for the return.

Return & Refund Eligibility:

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns are accepted only within 90 DAYS from the delivery date.
  • The product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Physically damaged or broken products are NOT eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

If your request is made after the 90-day period or if you do not meet these conditions, your request will not be processed, and your support ticket will be closed.


Lifetime Replacement Warranty:

At Maison Croyez, we stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY for replacements covering internal or manufacturing defects.

Please Note: WE DO NOT PROVIDE REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXTERNAL FORCES, ACCIDENTS, OR MISUSE.

To request a replacement, simply contact our support team, and we will respond within 24 hours.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Replacements are available at any time during the product's lifetime for internal or manufacturing issues.
  • Physically damaged or misused products will not be eligible for replacement.

Once we verify the details, your replacement will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.


Order Changes & Cancellations:

Due to the speed of our order processing, we may not be able to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed (exceptions apply, see below). However, you may contact us to see if adjustments are possible.

This includes requests such as:

  • Product Changes
  • Shipping or Billing Address Modifications
  • Adding Items to Your Order
  • Adjustments to Shipping Methods
  • Applying Discount Codes

Maison Croyez IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY CUSTOMERS AT CHECKOUT. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR SUCH CASES. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If your package is lost or stolen during delivery, and the correct information was provided, you may qualify for a 50% partial refund due to the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Exceptions: For pre-order items, address or shipping method changes can be made until the order is processed.


Returned & Refused Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or if the delivery is refused, you may choose to have it reshipped at no extra cost or request a full refund.
