Every Maison Croyez order is packed with care in protective packaging and shipped with trusted carriers to arrive safely at your door.

Processing:

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery:

We ship with USPS or UPS, depending on availability for your address. Transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of shipping, contact us at info@maisoncroyez.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Tracking:

Your tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
